Were they swear words aileen11 ? They seem to be the words I pick up first No Ellie, more along the lines of slang words I'd never heard of before such as
dags = trousers paying out = making fun of swag = sleeping bag billy lid = child and a lot of birds and animals new to me too!

In January I have read: I Can Make You Thin by Paul McKenna It seems like commonsense (eat when hungry, eat what you want, eat slowly, stop when full) but unfortunately the title immediately puts my back up and I want to prove him wrong. So I'm not sure how this will go. If I am a shadow of my former self at the next meet, you can assume it worked. Otherwise, probably best not mentioned again
