I've added to the master list those books send round this year - and here we stop until 2020. That is, of course supposing that anyone wants to join a circle next year. I will be posting in December some time asking for you to let me know what's what in January, and if we have enough we'll start again in February.
So do go and have a look at the 2019 list if you're interested. Some interesting reads this year as always - some you love, some you don't but mostly you get to have a go at a book that isn't on a besteller list, a prize list and any other list!

I love the book circle! I hope there will be some takers for 2020. I know I am a bit rubbish at picking books people will like, but I do have the occasional hit, and I am learning! I hope I didn't put anyone off joining again!!

I had a great first circle experience and would definitely join again! Thank you for coordinating, Mrs Mac And Rosemary - I loved your choice this time around!

Thank you, Adelyne! The second one this year was actually received well, so I would say it was one of my occasional hits, but in the first circle at the beginning of the year (which I don't think you joined) EVERYONE disliked my book! And I've had that happen before! So I just wanted people to know I do try ...
and I do appreciate the comments even if they are negative. I think like with food, tastes are bound to differ, and there is no book that will please everyone (you only have to look at Amazon reviews ...LOL) But the book circle for me is about reading books I might not have picked for myself, so it's fine that there will be hits and misses.

I sent round Bad Blood - Lorna Sage in the 2011/12 Circle and no-one liked it! I was disappointed but I've got more used to not always picking a winner now.
Rosemary - please keep sending. Like you, I love the idea of something new coming my way - And I would never have picked up "Catch Me If You Can" without the circle - and I really enjoyed it.
Here's to next year.
