Just found out about this website. Does anyone on Risi use it? I'm interested to know about your experience. Thank you!

Well, I don't read ebooks but many people do, and these appear to be free. It's an American site, and here's what they say:
"ManyBooks was established in 2004 with the vision to provide an extensive library of books in digital format for free on the Internet. Many of the early eBooks are from the Project Gutenberg archives, which means you will be able to find a lot of classics on the site.
Over a decade later, we are still going strong in our mission to provide a valuable service to our readers. ManyBooks has grown into a platform where self-publishing authors have the opportunity to introduce their work to our community and new books are uploaded to our site daily - provided they comply to our quality standards.
In our daily newsletter, we keep our rapidly growing list of active subscribers up to date on the latest free and discounted eBooks that are available online. We always love to hear from our visitors, so if you have any questions or feedback, don't hesitate to contact our editor lisa.clifford@manybooks.net."

I'm going to subscribe and get a feel for what's on there and how user friendly it is.

Update about this website. I downloaded my first free book from it. Downloading is easy however reading the file requires some actions. I had to convert the .azw3 file into Epub. Reading epub also requires an app, in my case Aldiko which I also use to read ebooks borrowed from the library.
But once this is understood this is a source of free books.

Just seen this - I'll have a look at it. Have you found many books you want to read on the site?

Just seen this - I'll have a look at it. Have you found many books you want to read on the site? I haven't looked in depth yet. Most of them seem to be classics but the one I chose is recent and available on amazon. All you have to do isopen an account and browse. Not the most user friendly interface but a eesource that's available.
