cornishgirl3 , rosemary3 , celia48 , adelynechan , mattydog , pennylane , geminii , emzbez - watch out for a PM today telling you who you'll be sending your circle book to. You should have all received your messages - I just had one minor glitch, but that's sorted. Any questions let me know, but should run smoothly (famous last words) Still room for more if anyone fancies.

Hi ladies, Mary and Emma have sent their books already - very keen! So if any of you want to start instead of waiting for Feb, go for it. Just let me know! Cheers

As there are a few of us who join in with both the Zoom meetings and the Book Circle, it was raised that not everyone gets to see all the comments made by the rest of the Circle ..
As most of the titles etc are shrouded in mystery, it was suggested that maybe at the end of the round, each participant could reveal their book and the reason they chose it ..
We could also add the comments written in the cards (maybe not mention names, just as 1. 2. 3. etc ) ..
What are everyone else's views on the idea ?

Just a comment - could we please try and keep to the one book a month rule, as a few of us have received two books at a time and it starts to get confusing! Many thanks.
As for the above, the books are revealed at the end (Mrs Mac kept a master list, which I intend to add too). We can then add the comments afterwards/reasons why, etc, I'm happy to collate that.

Ooops, sorry if I've overstepped - I'm new to this Circle malarkey, so don't know what happens 'after', so to speak ..

It would be interesting to see all the comments for each book as not everyone posts those on GR.

Yes it has been a little confusing this year with many of the books arriving v. early in trying to work out when I should have read them by and when I should be posting them on, even worse when I have two! lol

Suzanne - Not at all, would be good to talk about the choices and we might get some takers for 2022!

Just a little bit hesitant because sometimes in the past I have picked a book that proved very unpopular ... I'm not sure if I would want to go public with all the comments in that case! But I will hope my book* has pleased a few people this year
* can't actually remember what it was

* can't actually remember what it was I haven't been part of the book circle this year, but this would be a bit of a concern for me too! I was partly put off joining in this time by how negative some people felt about my last choice.
