Julie's post about what books are you looking forward to being released this year has prompted me to ask where you look for new releases, etc. Interested to know which blogs or websites you peruse. Please no Facebook or Instagram recommendations! Don't do 'em.
Thanks!

I subscribe to the email newsletter of Pushkin Press and Picador Books, as I found I enjoyed several of theirs.
Five Books I like the concept of i.e. different, often famous, people recommend 5 books that fit a theme. I get most their updates on Twitter, which redirects to their website anyway (the Twitter preview shows the theme and the recommender), but you could also check in there directly if social media isn't your thing.
This one's a bit nerdy, but the scientific journal Nature has a "Books & Arts" section that I use for NF recommendations.
Obviously also get the usual Goodreads promotional articles, and FWIW Amazon does a pretty decent job of recommending "books you may like".

Fantastic Fiction has books that are due to be released
NetGalley is a read and review website of books before they're released. I particularly enjoy Avon published books. You can choose which publishers to like and click on any new releases coming up to read and review for free. For Kindle but they are doing audiobooks now too!

As Julie says, Fantastic Fiction usually have advance information about titles. I usually search for authors/series that I read and if I see a new title listed, I then check on Amazon as they have the full publication date. I then make a note in my diary a couple of weeks before this date to keep checking on my library catalogue to see when I can reserve it - I'm such a nerd Also, Goodreads often do a personalised newsletter with info about new titles by authors I have read. I usually this a bit behind the times for popular books but it's useful for those which aren't part of a series

Apart from following a few Bookish Facebook Groups, which I don't comment on, just look at the pictures .. , I don't generally hunt out new releases .. I get most of my recommendations from you all here, or when you add them on Goodreads .. So, thank you for doing all the digging around ..

Strangely enough, I regularly come across English books via French booksites, some of them very successful in their French versions and not so much in the UK (Betty comes to mind).
And the reverse, like I'd never heard of Annie Ernaux, the author of the book Josette is currently reading.
They wouldn't be future releases though but still!

No, that's fine Sarita, anything that would pique my interest, not necessarily new releases.
