Vera Wong’s Unsolicited Advice for Murderers by Jesse Sutanto was my runaway favourite this month: Sassy tea shop owner Vera Wong going about a murder investigation. I loved the interaction between the characters and figuring out the whodunnit didn't diminish my enjoyment of the ending at all.

I actually had no 5-star reads this month. Honourable mention goes to The Running Grave by Robert Galbraith, latest in the Cormoran Strike series.
