What's in your sights for February? Short month, short books, or perhaps a Valentine read?

I'm carrying over The Moon Sister by Lucinda Riley - I'm nearly halfway through but it's over 700 pages!
After that I'll be working my way through the little pile of books I've put aside as they complete 40BC categories. I have got a few library reservations in so if any of those come in they will take priority.

I am just starting House of Flame and Shadow by Sarah J Maas, it’s the third of her Crescent City series, but also crosses over with the Acotar series, so I am super excited!!! I also will be carrying over Taste by Stanley Tucci on audio, and will be starting on The Bedlam Stacks by Natasha Pulley. Once I finish HoFaS, I will go back to What Lies beyond the Veil by Harper L Woods, which I started briefly last weekend, and then cruelly abandoned in favour of HoFaS, lol. My next Audio will be Counting the Cost by Jill Dillard (nee Duggar) and her husband Derick, about her upbringing in a fundamentalist family on a reality show (19 kids and counting), I was a big fan of the show and the family before the true story about the family all came out, now I still follow some of the kids on socials, and it’s been interesting watching the mix of how some have stared ensnared in the teachings of their upbringing and others have broken free and gone their own way. If I finish all those (HoFaS and Bedlam Stacks are both pretty chunky!) then my next ebook will be the latest Linda Gillard, Time’s Prisoner which releases in Feb!
