Difficult choice this month, so I'm going to list 3.
Eye for an Eye by M.J. Arlidge was brilliant, I thought it discussed the topic of former child perpetrators of violent crimes very well and the different possible outcomes of rehabilitation programmes.
Edible Economics by Ha-Joon Chang was a very clever take on public science, and his writing matched up to this - segueing beautifully between the science and the more relatable food stuff.
And The Enchanted Wood by Enid Blyton was like returning to a childhood paradise!

It has to be Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros - any fantasy fans should read this immediately!

Murder Among the Roses by Liz Fielding was my cracker of the month; the ending took me completely by surprise.

I had a fab reading month in January!
My top book was easily Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros, 10/10!
Honourable mention has to go to 2 others though The Man Who died twice by Richard Osman, cos I just adore the Thursday Murder Club, and Daisy Jones & the six by Taylor Jenkins Reid, who is swiftly becoming a fave writer.

It has to be Pigs in Heaven by Barbara Kingsolver. Absolutely loved it. I read and loved The Bean Trees that happens before this one. Wasn’t sure about the sequel but I might reconsider 🙂
