Well done indeed! I need to update my list but even then I'll still have a few gaps to fill. I must sort at least a couple of those out to be read next month as I don't want to leave them all until December (I have other treats pencilled in for then!)
Edited to say I've now updated my list and have just one still to do - a book set at Christmas. I've already pencilled this one in for December - it'll be A Boy Called Christmas by Matt Haig. Then that will be me done!
I must say I've really enjoyed seeing all the different books people have put in for the various categories.

I've updated my challenge though I've read a lot of books they don't seem to fit. Is it cheating if I count Carmilla and if Prince Lestat is considered royalty. I completed my goodreads challenge www.goodreads.com/user_challenges/7707864

I completed my goodreads challenge www.goodreads.com/user_challenges/7707864Who/ what would you like to use Carmilla as? Is it the title of a book, and if so which category would you put it under? Prince Lestat? Vampire royalty the same as any other royalty IMHO!

That may be cheating I just thought it'd have to be actual royalty not Lestat but that's good.

So if it comes as an individual, rather than only within a book of short stories, I think you would be safe. After all, it's your challenge! If you want to be really safe, just add "(novella)" after the details

Well done to all who finished. I just missed out, but managed 37, which given last year I only read 32 books total, I'm pretty proud of that, as there were some books I read that didn't fit any categories. Nat
