Did you know that at the top right of each post there is a cog-wheel and if you click you get a little menu with various actions: (If the above image is too small, just click on it and it should open up so you can view it) If you click this same cog-wheel on one of your own posts, you will also have the option to delete your post.

Is there a way to see the latest posts or posts you haven't read on this forum?

There are ways, though not as satisfactory as the "Posts Not Read" we had on the old forum.
To see new posts on threads you've started or posted on, you can use the Participated button at the top right of the screen. Otherwise there are links to Recent Threads / Recent Posts at the bottom left of the page, where you can also see what the last post made was.
I have to say this is the only real drawback for me of this new forum - in most other ways (and particularly from a moderator's point of view) it's much better and easier to use. When I get a moment I'll have a search through the inner workings of the admin bit to see if we can customise it somehow to show "posts not read" but, since that was unique to each user, it may not be possible to do it on here.

Thanks Penny! The "posts not read" was lovely, but the "recent threads/recent posts" link from the home page is better than nothing! I hadn't spotted it before. Where it says "Mark all boards read" underneath that, seems like a hint there might be a way to see unread ones. Perhaps you'll find it when you delve deeper into the workings... No, I found a help thread and this just controls whether something is marked "new" for you or not. Apparently there is no way to list all unread posts in this forum system. support.proboards.com/thread/476776/plugin-viewing-all-unread-posts

There are some plug-ins that people have written for the platform and I was hoping there might be something there we could bolt on that would do it for us, but I've just had a trawl through and there's nothing unfortunately.

Is there a way to search new posts, like a button or is it just going into each forum tab and scrolling down? xxx

There's a button at the bottom left of the page, under Threads and Posts. In fact there's a button there that links to Recent Threads, as well as one for Recent Posts.
