I will be carrying on my version which is one letter per month over 2 years (therefore only 24 books to give some leeway with tricky letters). However my twist is they all will be new-to-me authors and I won't be making any special purchases to complete the list - they are either from my TBR or if luck is on my side, will be reading group choices.
